I have to agree with most of the reviews about WEL Companies. We took a produce run from Florida for them and it's been one issue after another from the first step. The load of course was rejected and the reimbursement for the additional stop and mileage was simply laughable considering we lost our next assignment and the driver will most likely be stuck over the weekend in the northeast.

I reached out to their corporate office but their response wasn't much more helpful that the poor and offensive communication we received from our point of contact. I can only advise you to either refuse working with them or simply charge more for the issues you're sure to encounter.

Do your research. There are companies out there that will lease you a truck for a quarter of the price and give you access to their load board or let you access boards of your choice. Everything that glitters is not gold.

Worst company to work for training is not safe for entry level they train you for one week then just throw you out with another inexperienced driver if you mess up they kick you to the curb

I got my cdl thru wel & from day one it’s been the worst experience of my life. in training me & all my other classmates were racially profile by the trainers. All the Drivers mangers were very rude & nasty I currently have a lawsuit due to Amy trying to get me to drive the truck while I was sick also they don’t pay you all the miles your run if they send you 20mils out your way to a fuel stop you won’t get paid if you want a real career don’t go here it’s the worst company ever

Fixed my apu exhaust leak and everyone is very nice and courteous. Would have gave them 5 stars if it wasn't for the drink and vending machines being completely empty and the dryer for clothes broken down.

Bad experience at your winterhaven yard. On 5/26/21 at 23:00 .I was confronted and integrated by one of your,employee's name Chris which I had to explain what I was doing in that yard. For a hour and a half.
