Je moet goed je best doen om mij boos te krijgen; zeker om een slechte recensie uit me te krijgen, maar vanavond ben ik schandalig behandeld door 'CFB' tijdens het 'inloopspreekuur'.

Na 30 minuten wachten (niemand bij de receptie) werd ik nog steeds niet aangesproken, maar een autoritaire hoofdbeweging van de fysio maakte duidelijk dat ik 'mocht' praten; ook het vervolg van het gesprek was zeer negatief. Het lijkt me duidelijk: Hier kom ik niet meer.

& een tip aan CFB: Wees eerlijk op je website (en verdere uitingen), noem het geen inloopspreekuur als je niet aan die verwachting kan voldoen.
