I’m a tourist from Ukraine who came to the hospital with my relative after I badly cut my lip and lower cheek, which needed immediate stitching. We arrived at this clinic, and the staff patiently asked what happened and where we’re from. Despite our broken English, we barely managed to explain. The operation was done very quickly and almost painlessly. The doctors and reception staff were incredibly attentive and kind, constantly checking if everything was okay. Thank you, you are my saviors! I hope no one ever ends up in a situation like this. The operation was also surprisingly affordable (I thought they’d charge me millions) 😅.

Heb alle manieren gezocht om daar fatsoenlijk geholpen te worden, terwijl dat bij een huisarts vandaan hoort te komen als basis.

Ben niet blij, heb ,n heftige allergie aanval...vanmorgen gebeld voor medicijn....zou ik om 12 uur kunnen halen bij apotheek....geen medicijn... apotheek zou ,t thuis bezorgen...om 15.30 tel.van apotheek....geen recept ontvangen.....praktijk onbereikbaar....weer ,n slapeloze nacht tegemoet...

Voor mij een nieuwe huisarts dus nog geen ervaring. Om een griepprik geweest. Een rij tot buiten. Er stonden zeker tegen de 40 mensen voor mij. Maar ging super snel. Mijn voormalige huisarts uit biggekerke is nu werkzaam bij getijden. Super blij mee want zij (drs Huisman) denkt in oplossingen! Overigens de umans is ook een goede huisarts. Hij neemt alle tijd voor je. Het nadeel voor mij is dat de balie waar de assistentes achter zitten erg hoog is. Als je klein bent of in een rolstoel zit zien ze je niet! Dat is dus heel lastig!

Slechtste huisartsen praktijk! Veel racistische dokters die je soms wel een uur laten wachten. Ook word je weggestuurd als je hulp nodig hebt maar het ze niet uitkomt. Jammer! Bespaar jezelf hoofdpijn en zoen een andere praktijk.

Very unfriendly assistents,never available on the balie and trying everything possible to not give you appointment. If you have a problem you can only call between 8-10 in the morning,God forbids you have problem later during the day.About the competency of the doctors I won't even comment.You should really try better guys!!

Tijdens onze vakantie hadden we een huisarts nodig. Diverse praktijken gaven geen thuis; zij namen geen toeristen aan, ons vakantieadres viel niet binnen de regio of de praktijk had het te druk. Uiteindelijk kwamen we uit bij deze praktijk uit en zijn we uitstekend geholpen door de artsen van de Getijden. Na het eerste consult werd er meteen een tweede controle consult ingepland. De artsen namen echt alle tijd. Dank hiervoor.

The worst medical clinic accompigned with worst medical assistance. Antibiotic is almost restricted and all my attempts to reach another practice were declined - well feel like in the jail even worse. Taking your money for ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! As the only thing they know is to tell you - well you are not enough sick even with 40 degrees fever and give you the miracle - PARACETAMOL !! WOW how we could forget about it!! Practise like those should close as they exsist only to rober people money prescribed only paracetamol and telling you to go home is something what anyone can do without taking your medicine healthcare from 300 euro's per month!! I hope my review would help somebody not to assign to those clinic as this way they exsist! How come in Belgium healthcare can be so much diffreent and so much better ? After 2 years out of this stupid clinic seems to be a Rasist clinic, how funny Netherlands tend to be open country or at least this is showed. How come only Dutch people are taken good care and all foreigners are kicked out with a cruel laughter?
