If you are looking for help ask your GP for other options than this one. Ipsy is one of the worst mental health institutions. After the intake it took them 2 months to start the treatment. And they started it because we ask the insurance to force them. By Dutch law the have to start the treatment within a certain amount of time which they didnt. After the start of the treatment we had only 1 meeting and the psychologist got sick. And they have not found a replacement for her while we are waiting for 1,5 months. It seems that they don't take metal health seriously and are just there to collect insurance money. They dignose someone with depression and then forget about helping.
