Awfully wasteful packaging, 24 blister packs and 24 single use plastic applicators to provide 24 vaginal oestradiol tablets. Environmentally catastrophic and non recyclable. Shame on you, Sun Pharmaceuticals!

Packaging for Sunveniz XL prolonged release tablets. Venlafaxine is dreadful. The 'pull' strip is on the inside of the tablet strip and, when, pulled, merely tears off a tiny strip. I had to resort to scissors to cut out the tablets. My hands are nimble but if they were not, I should have even more difficulty getting at this medication. As this is medication to treat depression, it needs avoid adding anxiety to it's users.

I'm using at the moment Estradiol, 10 micrograms vaginal tablets and I feel every night upset because it's in a plastic applicator.
Is there a possibility that will be changed in paper/bamboe?
Something like tampax?

In this day and age it's completely wrong and embarrassing to supply such environmental bad products.

Capsule body: gelatine, orange yellow S (E110), ponceau 4R (E124), quinoline yellow (E104), brilliant blue (E133), titanium dioxide (E171).

Cap composition: gelatine, yellow iron oxide (E172), brilliant blue (E133), azorubine (E122), titanium dioxide (E171).

Pharmacologically unnecessary and potentially harmful. WHY?
