After years of lower back pain, and trying a few different physios in Amsterdam, these guys were the first to really get me on a path to solving it, and I've had a great experience with Thom Bokern for muscular work (including massage, dry needling, and an exercise plan), and Keesjan Zetsma for manual therapy (spinal adjustment). The two working together have greatly improved my symptoms and given me confidence in how to manage these issues. Lovely guys and easy to work with as well. Highly recommend!
