Vriendelijk personeel. Zo blij met échte mensen die de pakketjes aannemen, in plaats van zomaar ergens een verlaten karretje als pakketpunt! Stressvrij versturen. Hopelijk blijft de Bruna dit nog lang doen.

I needed to send a letter to Germany and the staff member helped me to do that very fast. It was my first time and i thought it would be harder. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance but overall it is excellent!

I would like to rate it as a 0... so upsetting service, I was waiting for a parcel from grandma for my daughter and it was on hold at this brunch for more then 2 weeks without informing us. There were no any “attempted” delivery, mentioned on a tracking report, no any note in a post box where to pick it up... I am not working so mainly at home with a baby, receiving all other deliveries from ups etc.
I’ve been trying to contact main office wondering how long does it take to deliver 2 kg parcel within Nederland and they informed me that it has been sent back! We are so upset and I can imaging how Oma will feel receiving it back...
