Fantastische huisarten! Ben er al 20 jaar. Dr van Rijn is een absolute topper. Dr Kaal ook trouwens, maar alle mensen die er werken super behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Ik kom al enkele decennia in dit gezondheidscentrum, heb er langdurig een vaste huisarts die mij altijd serieus neemt -onderzoekt en doorverwijst indien nodig. Ik herken mij ab-so-luut niet in de negatieve reacties hier gepost. De apotheek is qua wachttijd wel problematisch maar daar zijn alternatieven voor.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in Amsterdam.
Be aware—this place offers no real help. It feels like they’re just out to take your money through insurance. My partner was experiencing a severe allergic reaction and was asked to send pictures instead of being seen. We received no response, no invitation to come in for an examination—absolutely nothing.

Trying to reach someone by phone was useless—assistants didn’t answer. This is a medical facility? It’s an absolute shame. If you need real help, avoid this place at all costs.

Wat een geweldige huisartsenpraktijk is dit. Wat zij beloven is wat zij doen en dit met zoveel overgave. 5 sterren voor deze hulpverlening.

Als je langs deze apotheek moet gaan, bereken ten eerste dat je minimaal 30 minuten in de rij moet gaan staan. Soms kan het gebeuren dat je terug langs moet gaan vanwege de slome dienst van het personeel, het is geen kwestie van personeels tekort, integendeel, er is voldoende personeel, maar die geen vlotte dienst biedt aan de client. Zoals vandaag moest ik TWEE KEER langsgaan, vanochtend voordat ik begon met werken, en in de middag NADAT ik klaar was met werken. In totaal: 1 uur lang in de rij. Niet Normaal!

Je klachten worden niet serieus genomen, je merkt al snel dat je maar een nummertje bent.
Bij vragen word je al snel verwezen naar huisarts.nl. Echte artsen zijn er niet, je wordt alleen te woord gestaan door geneeskunde studenten. Echt echt zeer incompetente boel

It seems like the clinic is more focused on saving your money with insurance rather help with your health.
Every time i had needed urgently a doctor i was giving an appointment regardless if the doctor is available or not, therefore i had to wait for the next day.
I arrived with some cough issues after no sleep all night and had to get to work - there was 1 patient waiting and yet again i was given an appointment for 2.5 hours later .
I was never really satisfied from the service received by this clinic- the only good thing that i can say is that its looking good.

I was really suffering from hay-fever with the high pollen this week. Although I was based away from Amsterdam the doctor's assistant consulted the doctor for me, arranged a prescription for anti-histamine then emailed me the prescription to have it filled where I am vacationing. Such service! I won't name the assistant, you know who you are and what an angel you were today! Many thanks. I've consistently been pleased with the service at SAG Health De Keyzer, this is just one more reason to stay with this practice.
