E-mail gestuurd met hulpvraag over de Bea II. Een reactie duurde in eerste instantie vrij lang (ruim een week). Een ontvangstbevestiging met melding dat de e-mail in behandeling is genomen, zou goed zijn. De uiteindelijke reactie was een goed advies. De Bea zelf is een goed te hanteren transferhulpmiddel mits de zorgvrager kan gaan staan natuurlijk. Bochten maken gaat wat zwaar met een persoon zittend op de Bea maar dat is overkomelijk.
